Campuget Rose
Color and Maceration The unique color of our Campuget Rose is achieved through a short maceration period, lasting between four to twelve hours, depending on the varietal. This careful process ensures nuanced flavors and vibrant hues.
Fermentation Process During fermentation, the wine is aged in stainless-steel tanks where the temperature is meticulously controlled at 18°C. This controlled environment maximizes the extraction of aromatic compounds, resulting in an exquisite bouquet.
Blend Our Campuget Rose is crafted from a blend of 70% Syrah and 30% Grenache Noir, creating a perfect balance of robustness and finesse.
Serving Temperature and Pairings Serve this delightful Rosé chill at 14°C to fully appreciate its fresh and lively character. It pairs perfectly with summertime meals by the pool, especially fresh salads or grilled ribs on a beach barbecue. For an extra special touch, enjoy it with grilled red peppers pickled using the house olive oil from Campuget, enhancing its flavors and aromas.
Vintage Consideration Please note that the vintage may vary from year to year.
